舞厅 Reservation Request Form [pdf] - Use this form to request reservations for the 舞厅s located inside the Student 联盟.

食物 & Beverage Approval Form [pdf] - Use this form to obtain approval for providing approved food & beverage at an event in the 学生会 建筑.

Morris Dailey 礼堂 Reservation Form [pdf] - Use this form to request reservations for non-academic events in the Morris Dailey 礼堂.
Table Space Request Form [pdf] - Use this form to request table spaces for the 7th St Plaza and the BBC Courtyard. (Note: Once you receive your permit, you must display it on your table at all times 在使用过程中.)

If you don’t have an account set up, please use the following link to access the EMS

If you are a student organization, you must be the President or Treasurer in order
to request an account.
- Once Event 服务 has notified you of your account activation, please log on to 调度.lgmobilereg.com, enter your 菠菜网lol正规平台 email and use the “forgot password” option to reset your password.
- After the password reset is complete, you can log in with your 菠菜网lol正规平台 email and password.
- To make a reservation, click “Book Now” under Process Templates for the location you’d like to request a reservation, then follow the prompts and complete the online form to submit your request.
